Inspired by the voyeuristic imagery of Helmut Newton and underground metropolitan night clubs, this evening of dance and carousing was an immersive and intriguing theatrical experience led by the dancers of Ballet van Vlaanderen, directed, choreographed, and produced by Drew Jacoby.
Spontaneous burlesque-like performances, elaborate costumes, live DJ, choreographic work, and public dance party invites the audience to integrate with the performers. This live event was commissioned by Opera Ballet Vlaanderen for the International Day of Dance.
